Ныне -- институт ДВО РАН, ул. Зейская

На перекрёстке улиц Горького и Пионерской находится здание, построенное в конце 19 века. Сегодня это один из самых оживлённых перекрёстков в городе. А тогда дома здесь были сплошь деревянные, и двухэтажное здание выделялось на их фоне издалека. Необходимость его постройки была очевидна -- криминальная обстановка в городе за 30 лет его существования изменилась не в лучшую сторону. На углу Иркутской и Благовещенской построили полицейское управление, здесь же разместился второй городской пожарный обоз.

Построена в 1908-1909 гг. под наблюдением городского архитектора Р.И. Блюма на средства городского самоуправления. В 1914 году к зданию депо была пристроена каланча.

Это здание до сих пор называют не иначе как дом губернатора. В 90-е годы XX века здесь даже располагался ресторан, который тоже назывался «У губернатора». В 1920-е годы в доме размещались Амурский губернский исполком; комиссариаты финансов, просвещения, иностранных дел. Одно время дом принадлежал пограничникам. После ремонта здесь уже много лет работают творческие коллективы Городского дома народного творчества.

ГБУ "Агентство по туризму Амурской области" на базе ГБОУВПО БГПУ проводит курсы по программе "Организация, сопровождение и экскурсионное обслуживание туристов" с 17 по 21 февраля 2014 года. Подробная информация на сайте: www.amurvisit.ru
